Never trust the one with no white hair!

Hope all are well... I came across some speech in Arabic - لا تثق بمن لا شيب في رأسه - To not trust the one who has no white hair! Of course you will find an old man who sadly didn't develop wisdom despite what life gave him. However generally we know that experience has with it wisdom and a type of intelligence that is absent in one's earlier years.

When it comes to recruiting people with experience; ChatGPT gave me the below:
